The wrong e-mail address has been entered

An e-mail address cannot be changed because it is the unique and individual ID for each participant that is also used for the electronic personnel file. Please contact us if you wish to make changes in this respect.

If an e-mail invitation is not received because the e-mail address is incorrect, it is possible to generate a new password in the Participant list and to send this to the correct e-mail address. This participant can log in as a user using the incorrect e-mail address and participate in the survey. We will later change the e-mail address for you and the participant in question will receive a new login.

Participants and/or questions have been forgotten

Once a survey goes live, no more changes can be made, apart from ending the survey prematurely. It is not possible to add participants or questions after this date.

One or more participants do not reply

If you notice in the participant list shortly before a survey ends that a participant’s status has not changed and he/she has not yet logged in or started the survey, you can contact this participant directly by e-mail, telephone or chat etc. and enquire if there were any problems with the questions or the access to the software.

It is also possible that individual participants become ill or are on holiday during the survey period. These results will then be missing from the analysis which will, of course, reduce the informative value of individual questionnaires. Please plan your survey so that it does not take place during the main holiday period or near project deadlines. Participants should be given enough time to reply. Any missing answers can be given orally and added later. However, the results of the survey cannot be edited.

Regardless of the number of questions answered, a survey will end on the end date defined unless you end it prematurely yourself.
