You can make different settings for each company in the configuration (these are all listed individually if a company has a hierarchical structure). The default settings apply, if these settings are not made.

Block retrieval of working time account in the chatbot

All employees (staff and HR) in the company(ies) selected have no access to their working time accounts via the chatbot and thus the times recorded. Time recording using the chatbot is excluded from this. Retrieval via the application has to be blocked separately.

Hide working time account for employees

All employees (except HR) in the company(ies) selected have no access to their working time accounts and thus the times recorded. Time recording is excluded from this. Retrieval via the chatbot has to be blocked separately.

Inherit employee rights in a hierarchical structure

The employee access rights configured for periods of absence and time recording in the lower hierarchy level are adopted for each superior in the company selected. Managers can view and edit the periods of absence and the times recorded for the employees of their employees.
