You can make various settings in the configuration for each company (in the case of a company structure with a hierarchy, all of them are listed individually). If these settings are not made, the default settings apply.
Block working time account query in chatbot
All employees (employees and HR) of the selected company(s) have no access via the chatbot to their working time account and thus the booked times. Time recording via the chatbot is excluded from this. The query via the application must be blocked separately.
Hide working time account for employee
The employees (except HR) of the selected company(s) do not have access to their working time account and therefore the posted times. Time recording is excluded from this. The query via chatbot must be blocked separately.
Inherit employee rights hirarchically
The employee access rights set for absences and time recording for employees at the next lower hierarchy level are transferred for each superior of the selected company(s). Superiors can view and edit the absences and recorded times of their employees’ employees.
