Google Assistant
We have made the Google Assistant, which is pre-installed by default on all Android phones but can also be installed, free of charge, on apple devices in the AppStore, available for ‘Danielle Talk’. All you have to say to the Google Assistant is Start Danielle Talk Demo or Start Danielle Talk and you can try it out. You can authenticate your identity by saying the settings, login or registration - a Google account is required. Once you have completed this, your Google account will be linked to your digital personnel file, thus enabling you to use the chatbot.
You can now enter your language settings for the above topics, apply for leave or cancel a future period of leave, report a case of illness or record your working hours.
DSS Software
Log in to the software https://app.personnel-department.cloud/ as usual: using your e-mail address and password. If you do not know your password, please click on Password forgotten. Once you have logged in, you will see the tiles that have been allocated to you according to your role. The chat is at the bottom on the right where you can enter your request.
