Choose the solutions you would like to use in your company from the tile Payment.

In order to create a complete invoice, the The missing data must first be filled in under Overview before a complete invoice can be issued. Then press . If your company is not domiciled in Germany, please enter the VAT ID.

As selection a selection field, you have the possibility to enter an additional billing address for the dispatch of can enter an additional invoice address for sending the invoice.  If this field is not filled, only the registered user will receive an email with the invoice attached.


The selection of the payment method has now been activated.

You can now choose between card payment and direct debit. Go to Add payment type.

You can also add several payment types and several credit cards. It is also possible to delete your payment methods again. However, you must always have defined a payment type.


Under Overview you now get an overview of your already made payments as well as your account data and your deposited payment methods.

You can also download your invoices as PDF files here.


In the tab Payment you can select the components you want to use. The costs of the file are calculated from the number of employees and the number of months. You have to pay this amount regularly on a monthly basis, at least over the duration of the survey (if available).

The software is used via your web browser. The individual functions can be used by three employees free of charge. If you then decide to use our software, the monthly usage per employee will be charged. An overview of the prices is available here.
