We are constantly working to improve Danielle Software.
In this release, extensions and enhancements have been made to the “Tasks” (previously “Projects”) and “Time recording” modules, as well as to the “Notifications” feature.
Moreover, the performance has been improved and bugs have been fixed.
Here are some of the most important changes:
- E-mails – Unsolicited change of language
The recipient will now receive any notification e-mails in their preconfigured preferred language and not in the language of the notification’s author. - Time Recording
The new “Task times” and “Special working hours” tabs have been added.
Depending on the selected tab, data on these tabs might me read-only and not editable. - Time recording → Working time account
The “Working time account” tab has been renamed to “Work time”. - Time recording → Tasks → Comment
Employees can generally record times with or without an underlying task or additional comment for the current day or previous days, provided that the working time model is configured so that working/break times can be recorded retroactively (for example, recording times on a Friday for the previous Monday).
However, times recorded on previous days can no longer be edited by employees. To do this, an authorised person with an HR profile must save the record again so that it receives a timestamp from the current day. The desired changes to the record can then be made by the respective employee. - Tasks
The charts display the adjusted or filtered values according to the filters that have been set. - Tasks → Sorting on the overview page
- Sort by task name
- Sort alphabetically in ascending order
- Sorting is NOT case-sensitive
- Tasks → Task → Task details → Start/End of task
The end date can neither be earlier than or equal to the date of the last booking nor earlier than the start date of the task.
Once an initial record has been entered, the task details can no longer be edited.
- Tasks → Time filter → Totalisation
A time filter has been integrated. In addition, a “Total” line corresponding to the filters (“All tasks”, “Relevant to the budget”, “Not relevant to the budget”) has been added.
