When you register, you and all other individuals, who also have administration rights and are therefore permitted to manage the survey and the personnel files, have access to our Service Desk.
This is our application for queries from customers concerning modifications and enhancements etc. However, it can also be used for critical comments and product extensions.

in the menu bar and Link to Service Desk. Please register using your login data and enter your request. We will respond immediately. You can always view the current processing status. If we need to ask you any questions, we can communicate via your Service Desk entry and add attachments.
