Totals for the previous two years are displayed in the annual overview. The totals according to the selection criteria as well as the totals according to the criteria shown below are displayed. A comparison is also made provided that both a company and a department have been selected. Otherwise, only the company or the cost centre in question is shown.
The following criteria are available:
- Number of employees according to gender
- Number of employees according to contract type
- Fluctuations and new employees
- Selection by date

> today: Forecast: future new employees and terminations are included
< today: shows the previous situation - Comparison of time periods
between two years, e.g. 2018 and 2017
FTE vs. Head
The total number of hours worked each year is divided by the hours worked in full-time (see Full-time equivalent).
