The registered address for an employee should be stored here (as entered in the proof-of-residence certificate, identity card or passport). If an employee moves home, the address can easily be overwritten and the date valid for the new address can be entered under Address valid from. The former address information is not lost and can be retrieved from the history.

If an employee has a second place of residence, this can be stored under Additional contact details as a Holiday address.  

Once the country has been entered, country-specific documents, such as proof-of-residence certificate, can be uploaded.
