Danielle Software & Service undertakes to keep the personal data disclosed to Danielle Software & Service confidential and to use it exclusively for data processing in connection with the provision of the service, as provided for in the agreement. Danielle Software & Service undertakes to impose the same confidentiality obligations on its employees, who may become aware of personal data, as entered into above by Danielle Software & Service. Danielle Software & Service shall take make economically justifiable efforts to provide regular training on IT security and data protection to employees who are granted access to personal data.
