You can use pre-configured settings or configure your own under the tile Contracts and documents.


             

Documents and contracts are assigned to the tabs and the fields in the mask.

When you start the setup, you will see My entries that are empty when the mask is first started. If you select for Effective entries, you will see the entries that we have provided for you.

If you also wish to define and upload your own entries, only the entries that you uploaded will be displayed under My entries. Then all the entries (My entries and Effective entries) are combined and displayed in the respective mask (e.g. Personnel data or contracts). 

It is advisable to maintain your entries in Excel and then load them usinginto the system. You can obtain the Excel template here Template my entries.

The fields in the mask have different colours:

  • The documents or contracts that you release for use in personnel management are defined in the blue fields.
  • The green fields are decision-making criteria for , determining the time that the document has to be used.
  • The orange fields limit the companies for which the document or the contract has to be used.

As for employees from non-EU countries,   the work permit has to be uploaded for the field ‘Nationality’ in the mask   ‘Personal information’. This document is mandatory.

A certificate of residence is expected   for employees who live in Germany. This document is mandatory.
