Generally an employee is granted a leave of absence when the employment contract ends and the employee does not have to work for the remaining time and is released from his duties by the employer. A notice of termination is the requirement for a leave of absence. In this case, the employee in question is given the status Under termination.
The leave of absence in this system has been configured as a continuation of salary payment. Please note that any remaining leave is not included in the period for a leave of absence.
