- Employees
Employees without an email addressIn companies where only very few employees work on a PC, it is unusual for every employee to have his or her own email address. For this reason, it is now possible to enter a user name.
If you create a new employee, fill in all relevant data as usual. In the mandatory field "Business email address" enter any email addresse-mail address
It is uncommon for each employee to have an e-mail address in companies where very few employees have their own PC. Due to this, a user name can be entered from now on.
Please enter all relevant data as usual when you create a new employee. Then enter any e-mail address in the mandatory field ‘Business e-mail address’, e.g. in the format of your other company email addresses (ez. B. gvorname. firstnamenachname@firma.surname@company-com). This email address does not have to exist, but serves be a real e-mail address but it is only to be used as a user name and thus, as a login name for the employee in question. As soon as Once you enter the profile as employee Employee or HR under departmentDepartment, a new tab "User administration" will be added. In the user administration you should ‘User Management’ is added. The following should be set for the employee under user management: "No ‘No mail dispatch"delivery’. This means that Danielle Software will not send any emails no e-mails will be sent to the employee from Danielle Software. Since the email e-mail address does not exist, but is only used for login purposes, there is no need to send an emaildeliver e-mails.
