Wenn Sie bei der Liveschaltung der Umfrage Umfrage sofort aktivieren wählen, endet die Umfrage automatisch 30 Tage nach dem Startdatum.

Wenn Sie das Start- und Enddatum selbst festlegen und auf Umfrage aktivieren gehen, gibt es für beide Daten keine Vorgaben durch das System. Allerdings sollten Sie die Umfrage nicht zu lange laufen lassen, da Sie die Auswertung erst nach Beendigung der Umfrage durchführen können und erst dann Einsicht in die Antworten des Fragebogens bekommen.

Geben Sie Ihren Teilnehmern ausreichend Zeit für die Beantwortung, v. a. wenn einige Teilnehmer viele Fragebögen auszufüllen haben. Bedenken Sie auch Urlaubszeiten und Projekthöhepunkte, an denen die Teilnehmer weniger Zeit für ein 360°-Feedback haben könnten.

Sobald alle Teilnehmer alle Fragen beantwortet haben, schließt sich die Umfrage automatisch, auch vor dem definierten EnddatumIf you select Activate the survey now when going live, the survey will automatically end 30 days after the start date.

If you define the start and end dates and click on Activate the survey, there are no system specifications for either date. However, it is not advisable to let the survey run for too long because you can only analyse the results once the survey has ended and then gain an insight into the answers provided by the questionnaires.

Please give participants enough time to complete a survey, particularly if some participants have to fill out a lot of questionnaires. It is also advisable to take into account holiday periods and project deadlines when participants will have less time to spend on a 360-degree feedback.

Once every participant has answered all the questions, the survey will end automatically, even before the end date that was defined.
