In this report, data similar to those in the report ‘Annual overview of employee statistics’ are analysed but on a monthly basis and as an annual average.

Employees are grouped as follows, in addition to the total:

• Number of employees according to contract type
• Number of employees according to working time (full-time or part-time)
• Number of employees according to gender
• Number of employees according to periods of employment (permanent, fixed-term)
• Fluctuations and new employees
