We would like to inform you about the new software functionalities that were implemented in May 2021 under the version 2.2.28.
The following new section has been included:
- Settlement
The settlement can only be used by employees with an HR profile. Of course, you can provide your employees with a monthly statement and have them check it. However, employees still have access to the time recording data and absences at any time.
The settlement is considered preparation for forwarding to the tax office and preparation for salary or wage payment. If you run the settlement before the end of the month, the calculation continues with planned times according to the set working time model. Correction entries are shown on the next settlement, if available.
The settlement can be used free of charge.
