Enhancements within existing sections:

  • Projects:
Some settings and views in the Projects application have been improved and refined after customer feedback and suggestions:
    – Stay on top of your projects by indicating what changes you or others should be notified about via e-mail.
    – You can now also specify whether or not travel times are relevant to the budget.
    – The consumption indicator now also includes a filter to be able to view certain times and set the period you want to check yourself.

  • Follow-ups
The Follow-ups application has been greatly enhanced.

    Events:
Events created in the employees’ files with a follow-up date will be displayed in the “Follow-ups” application and reminders will be sent via e-mail at the corresponding date. This way, no more appointments will be missed, be it a personnel appraisal or a first-aid refresher course.
    My Follow-ups:
Additionally, all follow-ups pertaining to an employee themselves, e.g., a submitted, but yet unanswered leave request, will be displayed in a separate follow-ups table. Thus, all employees have a precise overview on the status of their requests.

    Snooze:
Using the “Snooze” feature, you can quickly postpone a follow-up and be reminded again after two days.

Checking a sick note/certificate of incapacity for work:
As a company, you can specify individual time limits after which your employees have to submit a sick note, e.g., already on the first day of after three days of sick leave. At the set follow-up date, you will receive a reminder that a sick note is still missing. As soon as it is uploaded, you will be asked to check the sick note and will be able sign it off as checked. This way, you will always stay on top of the statutory and contractual reporting deadlines.
